MILKA DUNO: WATKINS GLEN QUALIFYING REPORT

Watkins Glen, NY (July 3, 2010) - In an abbreviated qualifying session today for Sunday's Camping World Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International IZOD IndyCar driver Milka Duno qualified 24th for the start of the 60-lap race.

Duno had improved her time from the first practice session yesterday to the second practice session today and was hopeful of continuing to improve the car's speed in the qualifying session as well. The draw had her qualifying in Group 2 in the first qualifying session - a session that was cut short by a full course caution on the first lap caused by Ryan Hunter-Reay, all alone on Turn 8, spinning off course and into the gravel.

"My car just didn't feel as good in qualifying as it had in this morning's practice session," commented Duno. "We had hoped to bring down our time in qualifying but it just wasn't working out that way for us today. We tried to make some changes to the car during the session but since there were only about five minutes left in the session after the caution ended there just wasn't enough time. "We'll keep working on the car for tomorrow's race and hope for a good result."
