DUNO Practice Session Cut Short, Not Driver Issue

FORT WORTH, Texas (June 7, 2007) --- Today at the Texas Motor Speedway,
IndyCar rookie driver Milka Duno_s first practice session was cut short as a
result of a spin. Duno cleared medical and is unhurt.

The spinout occurred as Duno entered the back straightaway. Corresponding
data shows a sudden decrease in rear downforce immediately prior to the
spin. The car was rebuilt after the Indy 500 weekend and had numerous new
parts. The team has begun the failure analysis process.

The exact cause of the incident is still being investigated. However, team
SAMAX Motorsport has determined that the data and location of the incident
clearly rules out any driver issue.

Duno_s  #23 CITGO Racing Dallara Honda is expected to make the second
practice scheduled for Thursday, June 07.

CITGO, based in Houston, is a refiner, marketer and transporter of
