MILKA DUNO TOURS AUTO SHOWS WITH PONTIAC
Featured in Pontiac Hispanic Ad Campaign, Duno Appears at Major Auto
Shows across the United States
Top female racer Milka Duno has made several personal appearances at major automobile shows throughout the United States – with more to follow. Milka has appeared with Pontiac at the South Florida International Auto Show in Miami, the Arizona International Auto Show in Phoenix, the Houston Auto Show, the Philadelphia International Auto Show and the Chicago Auto Show.
Milka’s next two auto show appearances will be at the New York International Auto Show on March 25 and the Dallas Auto Show on April 16.
Car fans and motorsport fans alike can meet and interact with Milka at her final two auto show appearances - and get her autograph and even a picture taken with her if desired. Milka's autograph sessions for these remaining two events will take place in the very colorful and exciting Pontiac exhibit.
Milka is the first Latina to be featured in the advertising launch of the new Pontiac G6. Since September, Milka has been appearing in a four-page print ad and two new Spanish language television ads as part of the launch of Pontiac's all-new entry. The in-language, culturally relevant ads are part of Pontiac's largest Hispanic marketing campaign ever. As Pontiac's spokesperson for the Hispanic market, Milka has appeared in the Pontiac exhibit at various auto shows around the country to meet fans during public autograph sessions.
Milka also competes with Pontiac power in her #2 CITGO Pontiac Crawford Daytona Prototype in the 2005 Rolex Sports Car Series. In 2004, her very first year in The Rolex Series, Milka earned two wins, one second-place finish and one third-place finish. She also finished fifth in the Driver Point Standings - out of a field of 80 male drivers. When Milka won her first race of 2004 at the Grand Prix of Miami she became the first woman in history to win a major international sportscar race in North America.

advertising campaign launching an all-new sports sedan – the
